Port and Port Facilities

Strategic Port Security Feasibility Review
IMSA professionals have the expertise to provide any size port or port facility with a strategic feasibility review.  A typical review will identify and recommend site specific initiatives and related investments to improve the security and risk management operations of a port or port facility.  IMSA will evaluate existing plans and procedures and then provide recommendations to improve the technical, technological, institutional, and financial investments necessary for the port or port facility to remain compliant with regulations and improve operations.  Once the initial port/facility review is complete, IMSA experts will make specific operational recommendations, including security training modules and a revised standard operation procedures manual (as necessary).  IMSA can also prepare a facility and technology equipment requirements implementation plan, a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manual, and a Security Training Program.  IMSA consulting experts work with each client to determine the main objectives for the review and work to set a specific project timeline and budget with clear milestones.  The main objective of each feasibility review is to help a port or port facility improve their overall operations, reduce cost and insurance exposure.  [Pricing specific to overall plan objectives, initiatives, and port size and location]

Security and Emergency Management Related Tabletop exercise
